1. Overview

LOCKi is operated by Stormblessed LLC. By using LOCKi (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service

LOCKi provides sports analysis and entertainment only. The Service is not financial advice, investment advice, or gambling advice. LOCKi does not accept bets, process wagers, or operate as a sportsbook.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using LOCKi, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. No Guarantee of Profit

Past performance does not guarantee future results. All sports betting involves risk of loss. LOCKi makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of its picks or the likelihood of profit. You should only bet what you can afford to lose.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit LOCKi's picks or analysis without prior written consent. You agree not to scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stormblessed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any losses from sports betting decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
